埃及第十王朝与第九王朝一样都是凯提（阿克托伊）家族掌权。第十王朝的形势并没有因为改朝换代而有任何的改变，王位依旧频繁更替：

阿克托伊－瓦卡拉Akhtoy－Wahkare，统治时间：BC2065－－2057年。
BC2065年，阿克托伊－美瑞伊卜托威的弟弟阿克托伊－瓦卡拉继承了下埃及法老之位。
阿克托伊－内卜卡乌拉Akhtoy－Nebkaure，统治时间：35年，BC2057－－2022年。
BC2057年，阿克托伊－瓦卡拉的弟弟阿克托伊－内卜卡乌拉继承了下埃及法老之位。
阿克托伊－内卜卡乌拉也被称为Ouakha－ReKhetyIII，其临终传位给儿子美瑞卡拉时曾经写下非常著名的遗嘱，也是施政方针的建议。本人英文水平有限，特将其收录：
